About You:
This role involves planning, coordinating, mentoring, and supporting training and assessment for apprentices in the Early Years sector at Level 5. You will share your knowledge and experience from working in the Early Years sector to ensure apprentices achieve their qualifications efficiently and to a high standard.

Essential criteria include qualifications or experience in coaching and Early Years, industry knowledge, Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy, experience working with employers, IT skills, and a full driving license. Desirable criteria include assessor and IV/IQA qualifications, experience in Further Education, and coaching or management experience.
