About You:

This role involves planning, coordinating, mentoring, and supporting training and assessment for apprentices in the Early Years sector at Level 5. You will share your knowledge and experience from working in the Early Years sector to ensure apprentices achieve their qualifications efficiently and to a high standard.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess skills and conduct reviews with apprentices and employers to identify gaps
  • Create and deliver tailored training plans
  • Maintain accurate records for each candidate
  • Observe and assess workplace performance
  • Support high-quality training delivery, including functional skills
  • Provide tutorial support on topics like Safeguarding, British Values, and Well-being
  • Monitor progress and support portfolio and assessment completion
  • Coordinate and support apprenticeship processes and documentation
  • Promote equality, diversity, and safeguarding initiatives

About You:

We seek candidates who share our values of student-centeredness, equality, and professionalism. Essential criteria include qualifications or experience in coaching and Early Years, industry knowledge, Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy, experience working with employers, IT skills, and a full driving license. Desirable criteria include assessor and IV/IQA qualifications, experience in Further Education, and coaching or management experience.
