Coachbuilder - Bespoke Conversions

Location: Clitheroe

Salary: £38,490 OTE £45,000 (Overtime time and a half, Quarterly Bonus)

Hours: 39 Hours a week plus unlimited overtime at time and a half

Permanent positions with overtime paid at time and a half and quarterly bonuses offered.

We are seeking experienced coachbuilders to join a well-established vehicle conversions business that is undergoing exciting growth. Our client boasts a very low staff turnover, making it a fantastic employer.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Stripping and fitting of all types of commercial vehicles.
2. Plastic welding for internal cages or cells.
3. Removal and fitting of seats, panels, roof lining, door cards, interior trim, carpets, switch gear, light clusters, and bumpers.
4. Working with racking systems, flooring, load locks, silicone fastening, kitchens, toilets, sanitizing stations, seating, and some wiring.
5. Use of a variety of hand tools, reading engineering drawings, and working to a high standard.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience in vehicle conversions or extensive vehicle build experience.
2. Experience in an automotive environment.
3. Plastic welding experience.
4. A working knowledge of health and safety responsibilities.
5. Able to work in a fast-paced, targeted environment and to Kitemark BS10125 and manufacturer's standards.
