About the Role

We are seeking a Coachbuilder for a transportation client in Northern Ireland. The role involves working Monday to Thursday, 38 hours per week, with overtime available on Fridays. The initial contract will start on 3rd June, lasting 8-12 weeks with potential extensions.

Responsibilities
  1. Fabricate complex parts and assemblies based on detailed drawings and schematics, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
  2. Fit and assemble metal, wood, and laminate components onto vehicles according to specifications.
  3. Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
  4. Adhere to health and safety procedures.
  5. Participate in training and assist colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  1. Relevant experience as a fitter, mechanic, or plumber, with written confirmation.
  2. At least 4 years of chassis experience or similar relevant experience.
  3. Proficiency in using hand, power, and air tools.
  4. Ability to read engineering drawings.
  5. Experience with gel coat is preferred.
