Job description

Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for a Coach Tour Driver to join the team.

Coach Tour Driver working hours:

As a Coach Tour Driver, you will work an average of 219 to 232 days per year, with shifts typically less than 8 hours. Applicants from the Isle of Wight or surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.

Salary and Holidays:

You will be paid an annual salary of £30,500 plus 29 days of paid holiday.

Being a Coach Tour Driver:

After initial training, you will be assigned your own coach. Your week will start with a feeder route into one of our six interchanges across the country. You will then operate tours for customers, maintaining consistency with the same driver for the duration of the tour. Responsibilities include managing excursions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience with Coach Tours is advantageous but not essential; a valid license and eagerness to learn are required.
• Customer service skills are essential, as you will represent the Alfa Travel brand.
• You must be a safe, efficient driver, comfortable with technology, and have a maximum of 3 points on your license.
• This role involves spending extended periods away from home, which is a lifestyle choice.
