Job description

Queen Ethelburga's Collegiate seeks a Head of Football. Working alongside PE and other key staff within the Collegiate, the postholder will need to be passionate and motivated about the wider enrichment needs of students, and have an ability and desire to engage a broad group of students through football. Taking care of the mental and physical wellbeing of students and staff is a key priority.

The ideal candidate will have the experience to maximise coaching quality, recruitment and retention of talented footballers, as well as develop high-performance tours and creating pathways for aspiring athletes. They will also grow and enhance the Collegiate’s football profile through marketing and partnerships.

Salary is based on term-time only, potential up to 52 weeks
