National Express West Midlands is hiring experienced Coach Drivers for our Wigston depot in Leicester. You will drive coaches, deliver excellent customer service and work in a professional team.

We offer rotating shift patterns with a 40-hour guaranteed week and competitive pay (£15.57/hour on weekdays, £16.64/hour on weekends, £19.46/hour overtime). Benefits include CPC training, free licence medicals, a pension, paid annual leave, and travel perks.

Join National Express West Midlands as a Coach Driver

We’re looking for experienced Coach Drivers to join our professional team based at our Wigston depot. Enjoy competitive pay, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.

Our current pay rates…

• Weekday pay: £15.57/hour
• Weekend pay: £16.64/hour
• Overtime Pay: £19.46/hour
• No unpaid breaks
• Guaranteed 40 hours a week

Location: Woods Coaches, Leicester

Operation Hours: Shift patterns will be variable and determined by the operational needs of the business. You will be required to work rotating shift patterns covering a 24-hour operational period, which may include early, middle, and late shifts across all days of the week. Work rotas will be provided in advance by local management.

What you’ll need…

• A valid UK PCV licence (Category D)
• A valid UK manual car licence
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• To be aged 21 or over
