National Express West Midlands is hiring a Bus Driver at Birmingham Central Garage. Earn £16.37–£20.00 per hour with progression after 2–3 years, driving PCV bus and coach vehicles across the West Midlands.

We offer guaranteed 35 hours per week, free travel for you, spouse travel, pension, CPC training, health checks, and more. Shift patterns include early, late, and some night work on a 5-from-7 rota.

Join National Express West Midlands as a Bus Driver – Now Paying £16.37 to £20.00 per Hour

We’re offering new, increased pay rates for experienced PCV licence holders:

• £20.00/hour – 3+ years’ proven PCV (Bus and Coach Only) driving experience
• £17.92/hour – 2+ years’ proven PCV (Bus and Coach Only) driving experience
• £16.37/hour – less than 2 years PCV (Bus and Coach Only) driving experience

Location: Birmingham Central Garage

As a professional driver, you'll provide safe, reliable transport and excellent customer service across the West Midlands.

Operation Hours: We operate 7 days a week, 3am until 2am.

Schedule: Any 5 days from 7 including a variety of early, late, and occasional night shifts.
Rotas are set in advance to support your work-life balance.
