Job summary

INTSOL RECRUITMENT LIMITED is looking for full-time experienced PCV/Coach Drivers to operate coach services in the Worthing and Fareham areas. Immediate start with a minimum 8 hours per day, and in-house training provided for drivers with limited coach experience.

Weekly pay rates apply with weekdays and weekend shifts, plus a daily travel allowance for eligible drivers. DBS check and pre-employment medical are arranged as part of onboarding, with flexible shifts and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid PCV Category D driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Tachograph Card.
• Minimum 2 years' bus driving experience.
• Maximum 6 points on driving licence.
• Full flexibility with working hours.
• DBS check required (can be arranged through us).
• Pre-employment medical during onboarding.
• Must live within 1 hour of either depot.

Responsibilities

• Operate coach services in Worthing and Fareham areas.

About the Role

We are recruiting full timeexperienced PCV / Coach Drivers for full-time positions operating coach services in the Worthing and Fareham areas.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced Bus Drivers with little or no coach driving experience, as additional in-house training and support will be provided where required.

The role offers a minimum of 8 hours per day, overtime opportunities and pay from sign-on to sign-off.

Pay Rates

Weekdays

• PAYE: £17.45 per hour
• PAYE + Rolled-Up Holiday Pay: £19.56 per hour

Weekends

• PAYE: £18.50 per hour
• PAYE + Rolled-Up Holiday Pay: £20.73 per hour

Daily Travel Allowance

• Standard: £13.40 per day
• Including Holiday Pay: £15.02 per day
• Available to drivers based more than 10 miles from the Worthing depot
