An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Coach Builder to join our Engineering Team at our Slatyford Depot in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

At Stagecoach North East, we operate over 400 vehicles connecting passengers across Tyne and Wear and Teesside. Our engineering teams play a vital role in maintaining our fleet to the highest standards. Our purpose-built depot at Slatyford operates 90 buses.

The successful candidate will be a key part of our maintenance team, ensuring vehicles are maintained and repaired to remain available, roadworthy, and reliable for our customers at all times.

A PCV license is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. An NVQ Level 3 in a relevant subject is essential.

Salary: Potential to earn £32,000 - £38,000 per year with some overtime working.

Hourly Rate: £15.84 per hour
