Job summary

City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to maintain and service refrigeration systems across a major UK supermarket estate. You will cover planned and reactive work on CO₂ pack systems, ensuring faults are diagnosed promptly and repairs completed during store visits.

The role requires NVQ/SVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, a valid UK driving licence, and F-Gas Category 1 certification.

Qualifications

• NVQ / SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• F-Gas Category 1 (C&G 2079-1)
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance across retail sites
• Working with CO₂ refrigeration pack systems
• Diagnosing faults and recommending repair or replacement where required
• Completing PPMs, reactive work and repairs during planned store visits
• Carrying out small alterations and installations within your competence
