Job Opportunity: Co-Tutor

This role involves supporting the development of personalized education programs, leading student activities, assisting with assessments, and ensuring safety and wellbeing. Candidates should have at least a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, a minimum of Level 2 in English, Maths, and ICT, and experience in communication strategies.

Main Duties

• Assist in planning and delivering educational programs.
• Support students' progress and safety.
• Lead student activities in the absence of the Tutor.
• Maintain records and contribute to reviews and quality assurance.
• Work within the organization's safeguarding, health, and safety policies.
