  • Coordinate inbound movements from European production sites and 3PL partners
  • Provide visibility of upcoming risks, constraints, and capacity issues, working cross-functionally to develop solutions
  • Own system accuracy for stock levels, planning parameters and production schedules
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics partners to manage timelines, resolve operational issues, and maintain service standards
  • Analyse stockholding, optimise replenishment plans and support inventory reduction where possible
  • Contribute to S&OP discussions with planning insights and performance updates
  • Track KPIs, reporting on planning performance, cost drivers, and key trends

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in a supply planning / co-pack planning role within FMCG, food or consumer goods
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make recommendations
  • Working knowledge of SAP and good proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder, confident working across different functions and levels
  • High attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills
