Riverford Organic Farmers Ltd is seeking a Butchery Dispatch Team Member for the Buckfastleigh site. The role is on-site, full-time, with 39 hours weekly on a Sunday–Thursday pattern, 6am start and 3pm finish.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food or willingness to learn more.
• Experience in production/warehouse/manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good time management and organisation.
• Able to work accurately and methodically.

Responsibilities

• Seal, weigh and label each pack in the dispatch area.
• Prepare and load boxes for delivery, ensuring on-time departures.
• Collaborate with the Team Manager and colleagues to complete daily targets.
