A leading healthcare provider in Plymouth is seeking a Co-ordinator for Reception, Urgent Care & Theatres. This role involves managing reception staff, overseeing patient administration systems, and ensuring compliance with Trust policies. Candidates should have experience in health care administration and be working towards an NVQ Level 03 in Administration. The position offers a salary ranging from £24,937 to £26,598 per annum.
To lead and manage the reception staff under the management of Royal Eye Infirmary ensuring strict compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
***Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as 'Priority' and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who are able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification.***
The key responsibilities of this role are the effective and efficient management of specific departmental and patient administration systems, ensuring strict adherence and compliance to all Trust Policies and procedures.
Provide line management for the REI Reception team within Ophthalmology.

Reception hours range from 07:00 to 18:00 Mon Fri and 08:00 to 16:00 Sat/Sun/Bank Holidays which are covered on a rota basis and are subject to change depending on the needs of the service.
