Co-Ordinator Customer Service Administration
Our client is one of the UK’s largest suppliers of building and construction steel reinforcement solutions for the construction and civils industry. The company has experienced growth, increasing turnover and expanding its service capabilities. They support employee training and personal development and are now looking to expand their operations in Sheffield.
This role is suitable for individuals with a background in customer service, contracts support, civil engineering, or administration. The successful candidate will support a busy contracts and sales office, handling functions such as invoicing, report writing, customer and competitor research, order status, and transportation. The role involves answering calls and assisting internal contacts and customers with orders and queries. Additionally, the role includes supporting the administration of the depot, working with internal departments, sister companies, and various operational teams.
Applicants should demonstrate strong experience in customer service and administration, ideally within civil engineering, construction contracts, manufacturing, or engineering sectors. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage administrative functions within a technical environment are essential. Experience in managing business administration within a small team is advantageous. The candidate should be proactive in supporting internal departments and sales teams in a dynamic office environment.
Basic salary: £24,000 - £26,000 plus package.
