Job Description:

We’re putting together a small team to co-found a new business dedicated to the appreciation of great alcohol - whisky, wine, craft beer, cocktails, and everything in between. The details? Let’s just say they’re best discussed over a sherry.

We’re looking for:

• Someone with initiative - a ‘get up and go’ type, not a ‘wait and see’ type.
• A genuine appreciation for alcohol - this isn’t about getting hammered; it’s about knowing your merlot from your Malbec, your IPA from your lager.
• A team player - remote, part-time, side hustle (it won’t pay all your bills just yet, but it will certainly help).
• Someone excited to:
• Be active in our digital community (posting, liking, commenting).
• Build a local member base in your city, town, or region.
• Organise at least 6 events per year (we’ll help with playbooks and guidance).

Important: You must reside in the UK and apply with a specific city, town, or region in mind — we’re building local communities powered by local champions.

Bonus points if you have experience in startups, events, marketing, online communities, or content creation — but enthusiasm and a good brain go a long way.

This is your chance to co-found something from the ground up, and make money from your first event.

We’ll provide support with event playbooks, digital assets, and guidance on things like licensing and safety.
