About SBSEEL Virtual World Ltd

SBSEEL (Skills-Based Sustainable Education for E-Learning) Virtual World Ltd is a teacher training organization committed to advancing UN Sustainable Development Goal 4 – Quality Education. Our vision is to bridge the global gap in qualified teachers by equipping educators with cutting-edge virtual teaching skills, including the integration of AI and modern technologies into pedagogy.

We offer micro-credentialed, accredited certification courses designed for educators at all levels—from higher education to primary teaching. Our portfolio includes:

• Accredited CPD short courses
• Teacher training certification programs

We recently launched our first CPD-accredited course, "Digital Teacher Skills Audit", and ran a successful pilot in March, offering the course for free to 18 educators across the UK and India. All participants received CPD-accredited certificates and shared valuable feedback—now featured on our website.

SBSEEL Virtual World Ltd is committed to creating meaningful change in developing communities. As part of our social mission, we provide free teaching skills workshops and training courses to educators working in under-resourced regions around the world. Our goal is to empower teachers who might not otherwise have access to high-quality professional development.

Who I’m Looking For

Co-Founder Profile

You are someone who:

• Is deeply passionate about teacher education and lifelong learning
• Has skills in digital marketing and content creation (e.g., Canva, Mindstamp, AI tools)
• Can build strategic partnerships with universities, schools, and professional networks
• Is results-driven and focused on impact
• Is open to travel and international collaboration
• Believes in progressive workplace values, including: (6 weeks annual leave, flexible working during school holidays for parents, 15% pension contribution, 4-day work week and annual performance-based salary review for our staff)

Time Commitment:

This opportunity is ideal for someone able to treat it as a part-time second venture. You’ll need to dedicate time for:

• Weekly team meetings (flexibly scheduled to suit availability)
• Monthly Governance Board meetings for strategic planning and oversight
• Profit-sharing model based on company performance (negotiable and contract-based)
• Strategic role in shaping company direction
• Seat on the governance board

Prefer to support from a strategic distance? You can join as an Investor, allowing me to continue leading the company as a full-time salaried sole founder dedicated entirely to realising this mission.

Your investment will enable me to focus full-time on the growth, delivery, and innovation of SBSEEL Virtual World Ltd.

• Receive up to 50% of annual profits over a 5–8 year period
• Take part in strategic decision-making and hold a seat on the governance board
• Contribute to key investments in modern educational technologies
• Open to investors from any country, not just the UK
