Join Us as a Founder in Residence in Pharma
We're seeking entrepreneurial individuals with technical and commercial expertise, interested in founding and building a high-growth, impact-driven company from the ground up (full-time).
We welcome applications from experienced professionals in industry, startups, or science/engineering fields worldwide to work on next-generation therapeutics for Parkinson's disease.
You will collaborate with the DSV team and the current Founder in Residence to co-found and spin out a new company. After incorporation with pre-seed investment from DSV, you and your co-founders will hold the majority stake and continue to receive support from the DSV team post-spinout.
The role is full-time, initially remote, with potential relocation after the venture's incorporation.
Over 6 million people live with Parkinson’s today, projected to reach 12 million by 2040. Current therapies offer symptomatic relief but do not prevent disease progression. Emerging therapeutics often fail to translate from animal models to clinical success.
We aim to develop precise, next-generation therapies targeting root causes of Parkinson's, addressing multiple impaired pathways simultaneously to slow, halt, or reverse disease progression.
We are building an outcomes graph to develop curative therapeutics for Parkinson's, working backwards from desired outcomes.
