We're looking for a visionary Tech Co-founder (CDO) to build and scale an AI-powered enterprise software startup.

Job Summary

As a CDO, you'll be the technical architect and driving force behind our AI and data science initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape our technology stack, build a world-class engineering team, and define the future of our enterprise software solutions. You'll collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, CTO, and our customers to translate business needs into cutting-edge AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architecting; Leading Technical Vision: Define, develop, and implement the company's technology roadmap and architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
2. Building; Mentoring a High-Performing Tech Team: Recruit, lead, and mentor engineers and data scientists, fostering innovation and collaboration.
3. Driving AI; Data Science Innovation (with a focus on Agents): Oversee data lifecycle, develop AI models, and lead the design and deployment of AI agents and multi-agent systems.
4. Hands-On Full-Stack Development & Deployment: Collaborate with the CTO on software features and AI models, working directly on both UI and server-side logic.
5. Product Strategy; Execution: Work with leadership on product ideation, prototyping, and testing.
6. Client Engagement; Technical Partnerships: Act as a technical liaison for clients and partners.
7. Staying Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and integrate emerging AI/ML technologies.

What You'll Bring

1. Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, ML, Engineering, or related field.
2. Extensive hands-on experience in software development and deploying scalable ML models.

Salary and Benefits

The co-founder will receive 10% equity and a salary upon securing funding. The role is full-time, remote initially, transitioning to hybrid.
