Job description

The Royal Alexandra and Albert School aims to provide our children with a distinctive start in life, fostering hope, optimism, compassion, and empathy.

We are a co-educational, non-selective state boarding school for boys and girls aged 7-18. This includes a vibrant community of approximately 400 full boarders, who participate in a wide range of after-school and weekend activities and trips. The school offers Flexi Boarding options for students from the local area.

We are seeking a Co-curricular and Trips Lead, a pivotal role that provides effective leadership in the co-curriculum across the school. Your contribution will ensure excellent progress for our pupils and inspire students to develop lifelong skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Headteacher and the Director of Boarding to develop and implement a sustainable, long-term plan for the co-curriculum. The role will focus on enhancing sports, performing arts, student leadership opportunities, and strategic development.

The Successful Candidate Will Be:
