Overview

Co-CEO (Business & Strategy) to lead alongside our Founder and Co-CEO, Juli Beattie OBE. You will be jointly accountable for the charity’s impact, financial health, partnerships, fundraising, operations, and governance. Oxford-based, with regular travel to London. 3–4 days per week. Permanent contract.

Responsibilities
  • Lead business strategy, operations, and organisational development to ensure robust foundations and sustainable growth.
  • Jointly scale the Beattie Method, deepen partnerships, and grow reach while upholding the charity’s values of care, integrity, and teamwork.
  • Share accountability for the charity’s impact, financial health, governance, fundraising, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate in a job-share arrangement, co-owning strategy and decisions with integrity, humility, and respect.
  • Base at the Oxford office with regular travel to schools and partners in London and beyond.
Qualifications
  • Significant leadership experience, ideally within the charity, education, or health sectors.
  • Strong track record in managing talented teams, establishing partnerships, and implementing robust processes around finance, HR and compliance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a job-share environment with a true partner in leadership.
  • Compassionate, pragmatic, purpose-driven, energized by purpose and comfortable holding complexity.
