Job Description

We are seeking a CNS Site Manager to lead the delivery of structured cabling projects across London and the South East.

Working closely with the CNS Project Manager, you will be based either on-site or at the headquarters and will play a key role in delivering high-spec cabling projects with a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

1. Manage copper and fibre installations (CAT6/6A, Fibre)
2. Oversee site teams, leading labour and subcontractors
3. Coordinate with containment, electrical, and active kit teams
4. Maintain RAMS, conduct toolbox talks, and prepare daily site reports
5. Ensure safe and efficient site operations from start to finish
6. Ensure quality assurance and assist in managing sng-free delivery
