Job summary

Mitie is seeking a CNI Technical Services Supervisor to join our Coleshill team, supporting the mobilisation and initial operation of a new critical infrastructure facility. You will work closely with the Technical Services Manager and project teams to understand complex systems and ensure a smooth transition from commissioning to live operation.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical, mechanical or building-services engineering background.
• Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience in data centres or mission-critical environments.
• Experience with commissioning, IST, mobilisation or operational readiness.
• Knowledge of HV/LV distribution, UPS, standby generation, cooling or BMS/controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IST, commissioning, technical handover and mobilisation activities.
• Work with project teams and contractors to understand critical systems.
• Support engineering assurance and manage defects and actions.
• Develop operating procedures and Safe Systems of Work.
• Supervise planned and reactive maintenance as operations ramp.
• Bridge project delivery to safe, resilient operation.
