Job summary

Questech Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Wire Eroder to join their Bradford team on a days-based shift. The role involves programming, setting, and operating WEDM machinery to produce high-quality components to tight tolerances. The position offers £17.00+ per hour, with an early finish every Friday and no night shifts.

Working hours are Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm, with a Bradford-based, long-term opportunity. Experience with Agiecut 3S Gold and Fiscus ST Software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience programming and operating CNC Wire Eroder / Wire EDM machines.
• Experience with Agiecut 3S Gold is highly desirable.
• Experience using Fiscus ST Software is preferred.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload.

Responsibilities

• Program, set and operate WEDM / CNC Wire Eroder machinery.
• Programme and operate Agiecut 3S Gold machines.
• Use Fiscus ST Software to create and edit programmes.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Produce components accurately to specified tolerances.
• Carry out quality checks and inspect finished components.
• Make adjustments and troubleshoot machining issues where required.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.

CNC Wire Eroder – £17+ per Hour – Days

Location: Bradford

Pay: £17.00+ per hour, depending on experience

Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm, early finish Friday

We are currently looking for an experienced CNC Wire Eroder / WEDM Programmer-Operator to join our team in Bradford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Wire Eroder looking for a stable days-based role, no nights and an early finish every Friday.

The Role

You will be responsible for programming, setting and operating WEDM (Wire Electrical Discharge Machining) machinery, producing high-quality components to engineering drawings and tight tolerances.

The role will involve working with an Agiecut 3S Gold Wire Eroder using Fiscus ST Software.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set and operate WEDM / CNC Wire Eroder machinery.
• Programme and operate Agiecut 3S Gold machines.
• Use Fiscus ST Software to create and edit programmes.
