A leading Engineering firm is looking for a Production Machinist / CNC Operator to create intricate plastic components. This role offers ongoing training and the chance to work within a dedicated team. The ideal candidate should have a background in mechanical engineering and CNC knowledge, though experience with plastics is not mandatory.
DUE TO LOCATION MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT
We have just been given the opportunity to work with a great local Engineering business, recruiting a Production Machinist / CNC Operator, who will undertake production of finished parts using their state-of-the-art CNC .
Our client is a leading manufacturer of custom plastic components, due to retirement, we are now looking to recruit a CNC engineer, setter, programmer turner, to work making intricate plastic parts for many different types of industry, this position could suit a recently qualified apprentice with good hands-on engineering skills or an experienced engineer who would like to work within a small team.
The successful candidate must be a self-starter with the ability and motivation to work on their initiative, to produce precision parts working on our clients’ extensive range of up-to-date Citizen CNC machines.
Plastic experience not necessary but some would be of advantage, training can be provided for the suitable candidate.
