CNC Turner - Programmer 18- 20/hr 4-Day Week Permanent Poole

Are you a skilled CNC Turner Programmer looking to join a growing and supportive engineering team? We are looking for a CNC Turner - Programmer, Setter & Operator to join a well-established precision company based in Poole.

If you're experienced with Fanuc and Manual Guide controls and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-material environment, this could be your next long-term role!

What You'll Be Doing

• Programming, setting & operating multi-axis CNC lathes (Fanuc + Manual Guide)

• Working with a range of materials: mild steel, stainless steel, super duplex, brass, aluminium, plastics

• Handling prototypes to medium batch runs

• Using CNC bar feed systems

• Performing first-off inspections using verniers, thread gauges and micrometres

• Maintaining a tidy workstation and assisting with team training

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of Fanuc programming experience

• Background in a subcontracting environment

• Ability to run and switch between 2 machines independently

• Confident in frequent changeovers & varied production

• Reliable, proactive and detail-focused
