Job description

We are currently looking for experienced CNC Turners to join our team. We are recruiting for a well-established engineering company, manufacturing components for the aerospace sector.


The successful candidate will be from a mechanical engineering background, being fully skilled in the operating of CNC turning machines with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail. Experience using Fanuc controls is essential.


Your duties will include:

  1. Operating CNC turning machines to produce small precision parts according to specifications.
  2. Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary.
  3. Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, using precision measuring instruments.

Essential Skills and Competences:

  1. Be organized and methodical with the ability to multi-task.
  2. Work cleanly, tidily and considerately of co-workers.
  3. Ensure consistent quality.
  4. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  5. Excellent time management.
  6. Experience and understanding of working in aerospace would also be beneficial.

This is a permanent full-time position.
