  • Type: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours/week)
  • Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Location: Worthing, West Sussex BN14
About The Role

Due to their fast-growing business, the company has a vacancy for a highly skilled CNC Turner Programmer/Setter. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi-change set-ups, tight tolerances, and full component production from start to finish. This role is suitable for someone looking to work in a leading precision engineering firm specializing in small to medium-sized, complex components.

Main Responsibilities
  • Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings with precision
  • Program and set multi-axis Fanuc lathes efficiently and accurately
  • Consistently produce high-quality components to exact specifications
  • Use CAD software (experience preferred but not essential)
  • Follow verbal instructions and route cards to ensure smooth workflow
  • Continuously evaluate and improve current working processes and procedures

Schedule
  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (30 mins lunch)
  • Friday: 7:30 am – 1:30 pm
