Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited in Poole is seeking a CNC Turner (Programming/Fanuc) to join a small, skilled team. You will program, set and operate CNC multi-axis lathes using Fanuc and Manual Guide, delivering precision parts from prototype to small batches.

The role offers a salary of £40,000–£48,000 (OTE £50K), 4-day weeks, training, a retention bonus, 32 days holiday and overtime at 1.5x. Monday–Friday 6:30am–5:00pm. Commutable to Poole and backed by an experienced team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CNC programmer.
• Willing to commute to Poole.

Responsibilities

• Programming, setting and operating CNC multi-axis lathes using Fanuc and Manual Guide
• Managing multiple machines while maintaining high-quality standards and an organized workspace
• Monday - Friday (6:30am - 17:00)
