Key Responsibilities:

1. Precision Engineering: Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings with utmost accuracy.
2. Programming Expertise: Programme and set multi-axis Fanuc lathes efficiently, ensuring high-quality output.
3. Quality Assurance: Consistently produce components that meet exact specifications, maintaining our high standards.
4. CAD Software: Experience with CAD software is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate!
5. Workflow Management: Follow verbal instructions and route cards to ensure a seamless production process.
6. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and improve working processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
