Job Title: Skilled CNC Turner Programmer/Setter/Operator

Job Type: Full Time

Working Hours: 39 hours per week + overtime (at X1.5)

About the Role

The client is an AS9100 accredited company with over 50 years of experience in modern precision engineering, specialising in motorsport (F1), aerospace, and medical sectors. They are seeking an experienced CNC turner to join their established team. The ideal candidate is looking for a career growth opportunity within a growing business and should be a strong team player. This role requires a highly skilled individual capable of setting, programming, and operating CNC lathes, with excellent communication skills. The candidate must understand and uphold quality standards, be dynamic, and hands-on to meet demanding delivery schedules.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Program, set, and operate CNC turning machines (Fanuc)
  • Offline programming experience is desirable (preferably OneCNC; other offline software considered)
  • Ensure delivery deadlines and internal milestones are met

  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Extensive turning experience is essential
