Trinity Manufacturing in the Dudley area is seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join their engineering team. You will program, set and operate 2-axis CNC lathes using Fanuc controls, create and edit G-code/M-code, and read engineering drawings and CAD models to produce precision parts.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with inspection equipment and is capable of proving out programs and performing first-off inspections, while continually optimising programmes for quality, efficiency,

Qualifications

• Experience operating 2-axis Fanuc lathes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and CAD models.
• Experience with inspection equipment and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Program, set, and operate 2-axis CNC lathes using Fanuc controls.
• Create and edit G-code/M-code programs.
• Read engineering drawings, CAD models, and process sheets.
• Set tooling, fixtures, offsets, and datums.
• Prove out programs and complete first-off inspections.
• Optimise programmes for quality, efficiency, and tool life.
