Job summary

A large aerospace manufacturer in Basildon is looking for an experienced CNC Turner. The ideal candidate will set and operate CNC turning machines, familiar with Fanuc and Mazak controls, producing high-precision components. Overview

Are you an experienced CNC Turner? Have you worked with Fanuc, Mazak, or Heidenhain controls producing high-precision components for aerospace or other regulated industries?

If so, one of our large aerospace manufacturers is looking for skilled CNC professionals to join their team on-site in Basildon!

• Permanent
• £17.83 per hour
• Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7am - 4pm; Friday, 7.30am - 12.30pm

• Setting and operating CNC turning machines (minimum 2 axis)
• Working with Fanuc, Mazak, or Heidenhain (Turning) controls
• Machining high-precision metal components for, working to extremely tight tolerances.
• Conduct thorough quality checks

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications

• Proven experience setting and operating CNC Turning machines
• Familiar machining high-precision metal components for a highly regulated industry for example aerospace, automotive, nuclear.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and self-check work
