Senior plc, through its Senior Flexonics - Lymington Precision Engineers unit, seeks a CNC Turner to ensure top manufacturing techniques in the machine shop. You will program, set up and operate CNC lathes, following process sheets and drawings to deliver precise components for varied markets.
The role requires 3+ years in high-precision manufacturing and Mazak control experience, with the ability to read drawings and work both independently and as part of a team.

The main purpose of the position is ensuring the best manufacturing techniques are carried out within the Machine Shop by practical application of the most appropriate methods of programming, setting and operation of the machine tool/tools and to stimulate an atmosphere of continuous improvement.
Core shift - Monday to Thursday 6.45am to 3.30pm and Friday 7.00am to 1.00pm with 30-minute break for lunch
