Job description

Total Spectrum is recruiting on behalf of our Engineering client, who are seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join their team.

This will be a straight permanent role, for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting, operating, and programming CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision components.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC turning machines
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Ensure components meet quality and tolerance requirements
• Carry out routine machine maintenance
• Apprentice trained (training will be provided if required, machine: Hurco TM8i)

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner is essential
• Ability to program and adjust offsets
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Knowledge of ISO / Fanuc / Hurco controls (preferred)

Hours, Benefits & Salary

• Hours are 07.15-16.00 Monday to Thursday / 07.15-12.30 Friday.
