Qualifications

• Proven experience in precision or aerospace engineering as a CNC Turner.
• Strong knowledge of Mazak machines and ability to program using Mazatrol.
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Program, set, and operate Mazak CNC lathes.
• Manufacture complex aerospace components from technical drawings.

As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operatingMazak CNC lathesto produce precision aerospace components to tight tolerances and exacting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Program, set, and operate Mazak CNC lathes usingMazatrol controls.

Manufacture complex aerospace components from technical drawings.

Work to AS9100 and aerospace quality standards.

Conduct in-process inspection using precision measuring equipment.

Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC Turner in aprecision or aerospace engineering environment.

Strong knowledge ofMazak machines and Mazatrol programming.

Ability to read and interpret aerospace engineering drawings.

Familiarity with quality standards such asAS9100.

Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
