Job Opportunity: CNC Turner

We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join our client's thriving team. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in a high-quality, deadline-driven environment and possess a strong background in CNC machining.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC lathes to manufacture components according to specifications
• Interpret engineering drawings and machine programs (ISO and conversational)
• Conduct first-off inspections to ensure quality
• Adjust offsets and tool coordinates for precision
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery
• Rotate between machines as needed to support production
• Ensure timely delivery and uphold high standards

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements

• Proven experience with CNC machinery
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
• Familiarity with machine control systems
• Ability to anticipate and prevent machining issues
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to meet deadlines without compromising standards
• IT skills, including basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office
• Completion of relevant craft apprenticeship and at least 5 years’ experience
• Additional education or certification in engineering or manufacturing
