Position: CNC and Machine Shop Team Leader

Location: Midlands

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Shift Pattern: Days - Monday to Friday

Our client, a well-established and privately owned engineering company, is a key 1st and 2nd tier supplier to the automotive industry. With a rich history and multiple sites across the Midlands, they are known for their expertise in the batch manufacturing of precision components.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the CNC and machine shop team.
  2. Oversee production processes and ensure quality standards are met.
  3. Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  4. Train and develop team members.
  5. Coordinate with other departments to meet production goals.
