Job description

Are you an experienced CNC machinist ready to take the next step in your career? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-precision environment where quality and safety come first? We re looking for a CNC Team Leader to join our growing team and take the lead in delivering world-class components for a highly regulated industry.

As CNC Team Leader, you ll oversee daily operations on the shop floor, leading a skilled team of machinists working on state-of-the-art 3- to 5-axis CNC machines. You ll be responsible for maintaining production targets, ensuring quality compliance, and driving continuous improvement in a clean, modern facility committed to excellence.

What You ll Do:

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of CNC operators and programmers

• Manage workflow, schedule jobs, and monitor output to meet deadlines

• Support tooling, setups, first-off approvals, and troubleshooting

• Work closely with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and optimize processes

• Foster a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment

What We re Looking For:

• Proven experience operating and setting 3- to 5-axis CNC machines

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a CNC or precision machining environment

• Strong understanding of technical drawings

• Comfortable working within a regulated industry (aerospace, medical, defence, etc.)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• A passion for quality and continuous improvement
