We have an immediate, entry-level full-time opening for a CNC SWISS Operator Trainee on our first shift, working with Star Swiss Machines. We are looking for someone with a technical aptitude, a positive attitude, and motivation to learn. This position offers a quality-driven role that will inspire and reward a conscientious individual like you!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with your Setup Technician Team Lead to develop skills necessary to ensure all assigned machines operate efficiently and produce quality parts according to customer blueprints.
  • Perform daily tasks related to housekeeping, maintenance, and keeping machines in production.

Job Requirements:

  • Technical school graduate (not required).
  • Some blueprint reading, basic shop math, and inspection experience.
  • Experience with inspection equipment.
