RESPONSIBILITIES

• Program, set, and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components
• Work with Mazak and Fanuc controls
• Lead a small team of operators
• Optimize machining processes for efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain quality control and troubleshoot issues
• Work during day shifts

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in CNC programming, setting, and operation
• Primarily CNC milling experience
• Some supervisory or senior-level experience preferred
• Alternatively, a CNC Programmer seeking to move into a senior role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work days with flexibility to cover other shifts
• Ambitious and eager to progress in your career
