We are offering a great opportunity for a CNC Supervisor / Programmer / Setter / Operator.

Due to an increase in orders, we now have a vacancy for a CNC Supervisor / Programmer / Setter.

Location: Commutable from Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, West Bromwich, Rowley Regis, Halesowen, Stourbridge, Dudley, Kidderminster, Worcester, Blackheath, Willenhall, Wednesbury, and Wolverhampton.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Program, set, and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components
• Work with Mazak and Fanuc controls
• Lead a small team of Operators
• Optimize machining processes for efficiency and precision
• Maintain quality control and troubleshoot issues
• Work during day shifts

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant CNC programming, setting, and operating experience
• Experience mainly with CNC Milling
• Supervisory experience or senior-level experience is preferred
• Alternatively, a CNC Programmer looking to move into a senior role
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexibility to work days and cover shifts when needed
• Ambitious and eager to progress
