Job description

CNC Sliding Head Setter/Operator

Salary: £16 - £20 per hour

Fixed shifts: Days or Nights, Monday - Thursday

Location: Rugby

We are seeking an experienced CNC sliding head setter/operator to join a busy and stable engineering company based in Rugby.

This role offers flexibility in working hours, allowing you to set your preferred start times, provided you complete 39 hours per week and work after the day shift.

Compensation is based on experience and skill level. Starting at £16 per hour, with potential to earn up to £20 or more if you demonstrate the necessary skills and prove your value. As your skills improve, your pay can increase accordingly.

Requirements include a positive attitude and experience in setting and operating CNC sliding head machines.
