Job Title: CNC Operator/Setter/Programmer

Salary: 37-45k

NIGHT SHIFT: Monday - Thursday (7-5)

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Operator/Setter/Programmer to join a dynamic and growing precision engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a well-established company specialising in the production of high-quality components across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set, operate and program CNC machines (Sliding/fixed head machinery) to produce precision components.

• Interpret technical drawings and work to tight tolerances.

• Adjust machine settings to optimise production and ensure quality standards.

• Conduct quality checks using appropriate measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, gauges, etc.).

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company standards.

• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving on the shop floor.

• Basic Machine maitnenance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a CNC Operator/Setter/Programmer role (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, or similar controls).

• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and machining principles.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt
