Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced CNC Setter / Operator to join a fast-paced production environment. You will set, operate and maintain CNC machinery, reading engineering drawings and ensuring products meet high quality standards.

The role involves producing polythene film products, performing inspections, and supporting continuous improvements while adhering to health and safety procedures. Nights/days shift options available, with a fixed pattern in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating CNC machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with measuring tools (verniers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Flexible to day or night shift.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC machinery per production schedules.
• Read engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Install tooling and adjust machine offsets.
• Carry out first-off inspections and quality checks.
• Maintain records and health & safety procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
