Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a skilled CNC Setter/Operator for a Mazak-based role in the Liverpool area. The position offers dayshifts (3 x 12 hours per week) with a shift premium and benefits.

You will set and operate multi-axis Mazak turning/milling centres, handling stainless steels and alloys in a clean, modern environment. Candidates with strong CNC experience in a manufacturing setting will be considered, even if Magak specifics vary.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating CNC machines.
• Experience on multi-axis turn/mill machining centres.
• Ability to work with Mazak tooling and stainless steels/alloys.

Responsibilities

Dayshift, 3 x 12 hours shifts per week (1 Saturday in 2, no Sunday work)

Are you a CNC Setter Operator looking for a days based role with shift allowance, job security and working 3 days a week?

With the shift allowance you can earn an excellent salary/hourly rate for a 3 day week with no nights.

The position is working on multi-axis turn/mill machining centres, but the client will consider candidates who do not meet the exact machine spec but has a wealth of experience on other complex machine types

The Role:

• Permanent, full time position, working day shifts, 3 x 12 hours per week. No Sunday work, alternative Saturdays.
• Setting and operating of of multi-axis turn/mill machining centres.
• Setting and operating Mazak machine tools
• Working with Stainless steels and alloys

The Person:

• Working experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience setting and operating
• CNC operator with Turn/Mill experience to go straight onto the Mazak section.
