Job Description:

Position Summary

We are seeking CNC Operators to join our Machine Shop Team. The role involves producing high-quality parts to specified standards and timelines, supporting productivity improvements, and maintaining quality and safety standards in collaboration with Production Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

1. Set up and operate CNC Lathes, including fixed and sliding head type machines (full training provided).
2. Adjust tooling and machine settings to meet component tolerances.
3. Interpret CNC programs (FANUC) and make edits as needed.
4. Utilize various machinery and equipment as required.
5. Inspect work to ensure compliance with standards, using appropriate tools in an ISO9001 environment.
6. Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
7. Work safely and organized, adhering to EHS regulations.

Experience/Qualifications

1. GCSE English and Mathematics or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in CNC programming or related field, with ability to edit programs preferred.
