Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit three new CNC Machinists to join our expanding team.

Are you a skilled CNC Machinist looking to join a world-class manufacturing team? Colt Precision, a leading subcontractor in the medical industry, specializes in the production of high-precision medical instruments. We are seeking dedicated and experienced CNC Machinists to contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision medical components.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure products meet exacting quality standards.
  • Monitor machine operations, making necessary adjustments to maintain precision.
  • Perform quality checks using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and CMMs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes and efficiency.

About you:

  • Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, ideally in the medical or precision engineering industry.
  • Previous experience with Fanuc or Heidenhain controls.
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings.
  • Ability to work with tight tolerances and high-quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in setting and operating Doosan machines.
  • Previous experience in setting Star CNC machines.
  • Experience with Fusion 360.
