Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a CNC Setter/Operator in Liverpool. The role operates on a 3 x 12 hour week schedule (05:55am–5:40pm) with dayshift duties and no night work. You will set and operate Fanuc controlled CNC lathes and, after training, move to milling. The position offers a strong salary, shift allowance, benefits and overtime.

You will work with stainless steels and alloys in a modern environment, with potential for further training and salary development.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating Fanuc controlled CNC lathes.
• Manufacturing background in a workshop environment.
• CNC milling experience is preferred but not essential.

Liverpool (L24)-Commutable from Liverpool, Widnes, Runcorn, St Helens, Warrington

Are you a CNC Setter Operator with experience using Fanuc controlled CNC lathes? Are you looking for a days based role with shift allowance, job security, training, and working 3 days a week?

You can earn an excellent salary for just 3 shifts a week with no nights or Sunday work in an excellent working environment. This equates to over £20.50/hour.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a shift position, in a modern clean environment with the opportunity for further training (milling and possibly turn/mill machines) and career /salary development.

The Role:

1. Permanent, full time position, working day shifts, 3 x 12 hours per week. No Sunday work, alternative Saturdays.
2. Setting and operating of Fanuc controlled CNC lathes and then once trained move onto Milling as well
3. Working with Stainless steels and alloys

The Person:

1. Working experience in a manufacturing environment
2. Experience setting and operating Fanuc controlled CNC lathes
3. Any CNC Milling experience preferred but not essential
