Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting for a CNC Rout Operator on behalf of our client in Telford. You will operate CNC routing machinery to separate finished circuit boards from production panels and manufacture internal components used within the PCB process.

Working on rotating shifts (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, Friday 6am-10am and 10am-2pm) you will follow engineering specifications, perform quality checks, and help maintain machine performance and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC or machine operating experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience desirable.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work to quality standards.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operating CNC routing machines.
• Routing finished circuit boards from mother panels.
• Manufacturing internal piece parts to create windows for bonding PCBs.
• Following engineering specifications and production instructions.
• Completing quality checks on finished components.
• Maintaining machine performance and housekeeping standards.
